THE WREN BIRD HOUSE
This project was developed by Joe Wiggins and Doc Palmere of Educational Adventures America. The Wren Bird House was presented as a Webelos Technology group project.
The bird house can be nailed together of screwed together.
We hope you enjoy the plan. We invite you to send us a photo of your kids building, completed bird houses or bird houses set out for wrens to live in.
Our intent was to not only provide plans, but to empower children to place their completed projects where birds can enjoy them as homes.
Encourage your Scouts to watch over and care for these bird homes as they move through their Scouting careers and beyond.
Page 2 of the directions provides bird house specifications, and entry hole sizes for other birds that live in our region.
